Delete a message
The system generates many messages in Messenger; for example, messages are generated when appointments are added or rescheduled, or when patients check in. You can select one or more of these messages, and delete them in one go.
Note: You must read an urgent message before it can be deleted.
To delete a message:
- In a Messenger folder, select the check box next to one or more messages you want to delete.
The message displays a blue background to indicate that it has been selected.
- Select
Delete.
The following confirmation pop-up appears.
- Select:
- Yes to delete the message.
- No to keep the message.
